Alexander Technique helps you to become aware of your unwanted habits of tension in the whole person (mind and body), and to learn to release them to regain natural balance and ease.
It can help to relieve pain which is caused by poor posture or undue tension e.g. back, neck, rsi etc, and ease stress and depression and improve performance in all activities including music, dance, sports etc.
